Planned in coordination with school leadership, our programs range from three hours to multi-day overnight experiences, featuring engaging prayer opportunities, moving witness talks, and interactive community building. Pricing starts at $300 and includes experienced facilitators, with the option to add engaging musicians.
Faculty and staff retreats are designed for individual spiritual and professional formation as well as group building. Additionally, we can customize these retreats to include activities requested by school leadership, such as facilitating conversations on the school's mission statement or curriculum changes.
This year's themes are:
Hitting the Mark: Together, we will explore your shared mission in Catholic education, reflecting on how we serve as instruments of faith, formation, and evangelization both individually and as a school community.
Emmaus Journey: Jesus showed us the ultimate blueprint for accompaniment on the Road to Emmaus. We invite you to reflect on how we can walk together with your students and each other, crafting 'Emmaus Moments' as we listen attentively, teach with purpose, and send with mission.
Many and One: While a staff is made up of diverse individuals, it operate as one team. We will reflect on your staff's collective identity, strengthen working relationships, and cultivate greater appreciation for community.
One of our specialties is providing retreats for each class level. These retreats can either be a single day or ongoing retreats that can provide your grade levels to meet while providing spiritual formation for your students. We do an hour to hour and half retreat dividing your students by grade level (either individual or combined grade levels). Retreats include small group, prayer, and focus strongly on Eucharistic Adoration. Depending on the size of your group, only 2 or 3 staff need to be present, so the rest of the teachers for that grade can either have a period off or conduct grade-level meetings.
We can facilitate your 8th grade class retreats to fill several possible needs. Our retreats for this level include prayer, small group discussion, large group talks, games, and hands on activities. Retreat themes include:
Leaving a Legacy: This retreat helps students reflect on who they are as a person, who they want to be and setting goals to become that person.
We're the Leaders, Now What?: This retreat challenges the students to reflect on the impact they have on the school community, the examples they set for younger students, and what it means to be a leader.
