School Faculty Retreats

It is important for school faculties to take time to refresh and renew themselves.  Our retreats for faculty range from various topics including: building the school as family, how to reach those who are distant, the importance of personal prayer and many more.  

Parish Staff Retreats

Parish Staffs are the heart of their parish and in order to be able to share the fire with those they minister to, they must always rekindle the fire in their own hearts.  Our retreats will provide opportunities for prayer, discussion and community building.  Additionally, we can facilitate evaluating your parish ministry, creating goals and actions plans, and reflecting on how to better work as a cohesive body.

Leadership Summits

One of the challenges in many parish communities is trying to get all of the groups within the parish to work towards one direction.  In our Parish Leadership Summit, we create opportunities for conversation in engaging all of the groups to work as one parish - keeping in mind the parish's goals and mission/vision statements.  Furthermore, we offer training to group leaders in effective communicaiton, bringing in new leaders, and mentoring the next generation.
