We have seen both good and cringe-worthy retreats in our time.  We have also brought in groups to our parishes to facilitate retreats, but they came at quite the cost.  It is our goal to provide quality retreats, parish missions, and Christian witness while remaining budget friendly. Joe has served in ministry for over 19 years including roles of Youth Minister, Campus Minister, Director of Religious Education and Director of Faith Formation.  Over these years, he has learned a lot about group dynamics, engaging people of all ages, helping to form others to be leaders, and much more.  He has been on team for over 170 retreats, of which, he facilitated over 125.  When not on retreat, Joe enjoys spending his time listening to live music, going to the movie theater, playing yard games, going to coffee shops and geeking out about various topics.  He has received a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry and Theology from Loyola University, New Orleans and is pursuing a Master's degree.  Joe also serves on the Leadership Council for the internations TEC Conference ministry.

Charlie Wulke currently serves as a music teacher at a Catholic grade school and Liturgist at a Catholic parish.  He uses his gifts instrumental (guitar, piano and more) and vocal talents to help others dive deeper into prayer.  Charlie has even written works of music that have been played around the world.
